1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Scrap Connect India website and our scrap purchasing services in Bangalore. By contacting us or requesting a quotation, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Our Services

Scrap Connect India purchases industrial, factory, metal, machinery, warehouse, office, e-waste and other bulk scrap categories from businesses and institutions. Services include material assessment, valuation, pickup and clearance, subject to inspection and agreement on each enquiry.

3. Quotations & Valuation

• Valuations are based on material type, grade, quantity, condition and prevailing market rates at the time of assessment.
• Quotations shared before physical inspection are estimates and may be revised after on-site or photo-based assessment.
• Final pricing is confirmed only after both parties agree, prior to pickup.

4. Pickup & Site Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the site for inspection and pickup. Pickup timing is coordinated to suit the site's working hours wherever possible.

5. Ownership of Material

By requesting a pickup, the customer confirms they have the right to sell the scrap material offered. Scrap Connect India reserves the right to decline material that cannot be verified or that raises ownership concerns.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we handle all material and site visits with care, Scrap Connect India is not liable for pre-existing site conditions or damage unrelated to our clearance activity. Any specific liability terms for larger projects are agreed separately in writing.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
